Alison Laesser-Keck
Alison is a fifth-generation Californian and Bay Area/Santa Barbara native who has produced more than 400 weddings over the past two decades - from intimate, ultra-luxe experiences throughout her home state to large-scale, multi-day productions in some of the most unique and remote destinations in the world. Armed with a degree in counseling and 25 years in hospitality, she’s a quintessential “people person” who values the fine art of bringing a melting pot of family and friends together in honor of two people in love. When she isn’t working (’tis rare), she enjoys restorative yoga, night swimming, her LED mask, and staying off of social media.

Bryan keck
Bryan has been in hospitality for 25 years, working for a James Beard Award–winning restaurateur in Seattle before joining forces with Alison in 2010. As head of operations, he oversees the countless “back-of-house” logistics involved in global event production - though his true superpower is how he makes people feel. He’s our team translator, speaking conversational Spanish, Italian, and French, and a proud Michigan native whose entire career has been about taking care of people. He loves hockey, the beach, the gym, a solid Negroni, and working with his wife (his wife wrote this).

…not to mention a crew of magical hardworking humans who support us, our clients, and their guests on our event weekends globally. It takes a village! (I’m sure if you asked them their favorite travel spots, they’d tell you it’s anywhere they can squeeze in a siesta!)
