Alison Laesser-Keck

Alison is a fifth-generation Californian and a Bay Area/Santa Barbara native who has produced over 400 weddings—from intimate gatherings at private estates to large-scale, multi-day productions in some of the most unique and remote of destinations in the world. Armed with a degree in counseling and 25 years in hospitality, she's a quintessential people person who deeply values the fine art of entertaining. When she isn’t working (rare!), she enjoys finance podcasts, her LED mask, restorative yoga, night swimming, and staying off social media.

Bryan keck

Bryan has been in hospitality for 25 years, working for a James Beard Award–winning restaurateur in Seattle before joining forces with Alison. As head of operations, he oversees the countless “back-of-house” logistics involved in global event production—though his true superpower is how he makes people feel. He’s our team translator, speaking conversational Spanish, Italian, and French, and a proud Midwest native whose entire career has been about taking care of people. He loves hockey, the beach, the gym, a solid Negroni, and working with his wife (his wife wrote this).

Our Story is Rooted in a Shared Love of Hospitality, Travel, and People

We met in a bar—more specifically, working in one. It was the end of summer, and our lives were headed in different directions (Bryan to San Francisco and Alison to Chicago). A long-distance relationship immediately ensued; our first real date on a cross-country road trip to be together. That was 21 years ago this summer. We’ve called many places home—up and down the California coast and across the Pacific Northwest and Midwest primarily; though we’ve also dabbled with pied-à-terres in Austin, Whistler, Vancouver BC, and SE Asia when our schedules have allowed. We created our company in 2008 and have gone on to produce hundreds of weddings together, traveling extensively throughout the US, Europe, Asia, Africa, and Central and South America. This diverse experience has been vital to the success of our events.

We look for clients who value a collaborative, trusting, and fun relationship with their planners—one that culminates in something rare and special. We realized a long time ago that the aesthetics of an event only go so far; it's how we make you and your guests feel that leaves a lasting impact.
