Alison Laesser-Keck has been producing events both big and small for thirteen fabulous years. Armed with a degree in counseling, ten years in hospitality, and another decade planning weddings, she is a quintessential "people person" and a true left brain/right brain split. In 2008, after several years in social and non-profit events, she branched out on her own to follow a dream - and the rest, as they say, is history. Alison is California born and raised, with strong Michigan roots, and she enjoys traveling and celebrating whenever possible.
Event Producer and Operations Manager - LA HQ
Bryan Keck has been in hospitality since 1997, working for a James Beard award-winning restaurateur in Seattle prior to joining forces with Alison in 2010. As our operations manager, he's focused on the many logistics involved in making an event happen, although he's especially passionate about the relationships we build with our clients and their families. Bryan is a proud Michigan native whose entire career has involved taking care of people. He loves the Detroit Red Wings, the beach, and working with his wife (his wife wrote this).
Event Designer and Coordinator - Detroit HQ
Arielle Clinthorne is an event designer and our “hands on the ground” for our clients hosting in Michigan. With a degree in Neuroscience from University of Michigan (Go Blue!) and a passion for design, Ari is a notorious perfectionist and lover of problem-solving and creative thinking. When she isn’t working with us, she coordinates outdoor experiences for the City of Ann Arbor, where she has been for the past eleven years. She loves getting outside, traveling, entertaining, and pouring over fashion and interior design publications and blogs.
We are two people in love, doing what we love, and helping people celebrate their love.
We met in a bar - more specifically, working in a bar - fifteen years ago. We fell in love immediately and bonded over a shared passion for hospitality, adventure, food, and travel. Since then, we've been lucky to be able to call Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, Chicago, Ann Arbor, and Southern California home. When we aren't working (and even when we are), you can find us on a plane headed to the next great destination on our bucket list. We've visited eighteen countries together and can't wait to see where we'll head to next. We're honored to have been named one of the best wedding planners in the world by Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, and Elle, and would be equally honored to help you celebrate.
